NSW Credit Law partners with Intelligent Concepts Pty Ltd to manage its practise using ATOM, which is a cloud based integrated practice management, trust and office account solution. ATOM is NSW Law Society certified under the Legal Profession Uniform General Rules (2015). This means that ATOM is compliant in all states of Australia.
ATOM is a secure SSL cloud product on an Australian platform. Data is stored on a secure designated server and backed up daily ensuring that data is secure and safe even if the event of any IT failures. The most sensitive documents can be password protected for ultimate confidentiality and security.
NSW Credit Law strives to operate a green and efficient office space utilising paperless files where this is practical. However, should hard copy documents need to be stored they are securely stored for seven years before being destroyed.

NSW Credit Law treats all personal information provided to it in accordance with the Privacy Amendment( Enhancing Privacy Protection) Act 2012 incorporating the new Australian Privacy Principles and pursuant to the Privacy Act 1998 (as amended).
From time to time, NSW Credit Law may acquire and hold personal information as a result of receiving an instruction from its clients and via third parties such as debtors, credit providers, mercantile agents, partner law firms or other sources. Personal information acquired and held will be restricted to information originally received together with any incremental personal information obtained as a result of undertaking the legal proceedings or a client instruction process. Sources of incremental personal information may be credit reporting bodies, process servers, repossession agents, strata managers, owners corporations, real estate agents and other agents and business partners acting for and/or in combination with NSW Credit Law as part of the daily business of a law firm.
NSW Credit Law will never sell or disclose personal information to any individual or entity outside the NSW Credit Law business structure and its approved business partners including mercantile agents and process servers.
