LAW SOCIETY OF NSW

NSW Credit Law is a law practice registered with the Law Society of NSW with Law Practice ID: 37917. The Principal Solicitor is a member of the Law Society of NSW and holds an unrestricted practicing certificate as the Principal of a Law Practice. NSW Credit Law participates in the Law Society of NSW Professional Standards Scheme, a scheme specifically designed to promote professional standards and enhance consumer protection. NSW Credit Law’s Liability is Limited by a scheme approved under Professional Standards Legislation.

 

SOFTWARE

We partner with Intelligent Concepts Pty Ltd to utilise ATOM (Absolute Trust and Office Management) software. ATOM was developed specifically for the Australian legal industry. It is a cloud based integrated practice management, trust and office account solution approved by the Law Society of NSW and is certified under the Legal Profession Uniform General Rules (2015). This means that ATOM is compliant in all states of Australia. ATOM is a secure SSL cloud product on an Australian platform. Data is stored on a secure designated server and backed up daily ensuring that data is secure and safe even in the event of any IT failures. The most sensitive documents can be password protected for ultimate confidentiality and security.

 

NATIONWIDE NETWORK

NSW Credit Law and NSW CAPI Agents partner with law firms, commercial and private inquiry agents and other industry service providers to ensure proceedings can be issued and managed in all state and federal jurisdictions across Australia.
