Executive Summary
Paul has over 25 years’ experience in the pre-legal and legal debt recovery industry. He started his career in 1996 with a debt collection agency specialising in servicing the needs of clients in commerce, media, publishing, sport and entertainment industries.
Over those 25 years Paul has held positions within debt recovery and law firms as Collections Manager, Sales and Marketing Manager, Operations Manager, General Manager, Head of Collections, Legal Recoveries Manager, Solicitor and he is now the Principal Solicitor of NSW Credit Law and the Master CAPI Licence holder of NSW CAPI Agents.
Paul has been highly effective in senior management roles which have incorporated leadership of both legal and pre-legal recovery teams. Excellent customer service skills have resulted in Paul applying a heavy focus on being an effective liaison between debtors, clients, solicitors, insolvency practitioners, collection agents and commercial and private inquiry agents.
In 2008, at the height of the GFC, Paul seized an opportunity to work for a UK law firm specialising in the provision of pre and post appointment auditing and reporting. He implemented key business strategies which provided invalauble assistance to financial service providers and insolvency practitioners in difficult financial times.
Since returning to Sydney in 2010 Paul has expanded his field of expertise into also managing high volume strata levy recoveries for clients with extensive strata property portfolios covering city, metropolitan and regional areas in New South Wales.
Paul is admitted as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of NSW and holds an unrestricted NSW practising certificate with the Law Society of NSW.
