However, you can rest assured that you will only ever pay commission on pre-legal recovered funds. Debt Collection Model 1 – CAPI Model
Our pre-legal debt collection model is designed so there are no upfront fees. You will pay a commission on the dollar value of the amount of the debt that is recovered without the need for legal proceedings.
Debt Collection Model 2 – Litigation Model
Legal collection services, where NO COMMISSION is ever paid on the dollar value recovered, unless the commission can be added to the legal claim against the defendant and is then successfully recovered from the defendant.
A small fee will apply to review all case documents and then to issue a solicitors letter of demand:
- Local Court claim under $5000 = $50.00
- Local Court claim $5000 – $19,999 = $100.00
- Local Court Claim $20,000 – $99,999 = $150.00
- District Court Claim $100,000 plus = $200.00
Once proceedings are issued the court schedule rates for issuing legal proceedings apply (fees recoverable from the debtor).
If a matter is defended a further advice and retainer will be issued.
At any time you can decide to move a case from Model 1 to Model 2.
