After 30 years of successfully providing the ultimate service to clients, with the last 10 years working as the Head of Collections, Legal Recoveries Manager and Solicitor for a Sydney collection agency and law firm, the principal solicitor of NSW Credit Law identified an opportunity to establish a boutique firm specialising only in acting for clients with regards to matters related to our areas of expertise within mercantile, recoveries, credit and insolvency law.
Post-COVID and into the new decade the Principal Solicitor of NSW Credit Law envisages law firm clientele moving away from the bigger legal practices as clients crave a more personal connection, empathy and understanding from their lawyers. NSW Credit Law guarantees all clients have access to the Principal Solicitors mobile number to ensure immediate personal service.
The NSW Credit Law Group comprises the law firm NSW Credit Law and the commercial and private inquiry agents NSW CAPI Agents. This allows us to maintain complete control of all our matters from original instruction through to file closure, including pre-legal debt negotiation activity, litigation and any requirement for field calls, process service and investigative work.
We listen effectively to identify our clients strategic and operational needs, pain points and issues. Our experience in this specialised area of the law then enables us to develop bespoke strategies for every client and for every matter, with an ultimate view to achieving commercially viable and positive outcomes for our clients.
We utilise ATOM software which is a cloud based integrated practice management, trust and office account solution approved by the Law Society of NSW and is certified under the Legal Profession Uniform General Rules (2015).
NSW Credit Law partners with other law firms and service providers throughout Australia to ensure proceedings can be issued and managed within all state and federal jurisdictions within Australia.
